Master Quartz - Cypher
Available Arts: Soul Blur, Demonic Scythe, Frost Edge, Spark Arrow
Demonic Scythe - A spell that summons a purple dimensional scythe that will take a swing once at enemies.
Soul Blur - Sends a violent pulse of air against the target.
Frost Edge - AoE, Multiple blades of ice appear to strike at enemies.
Spark Arrow - Summons lightning to strike at someone.

Reaper (increases Speed by 2 points, Arts/Magic Strength by 5, allows him to cast Frost Edge + Spark Arrow)
Evade 2 (increases Evasion stat by 10%)
Move 3 (increases Mobility/Move stat by 15%)
Speed Breaker (Increases Strength by 10 points, 15% chance of causing -25% to someone's Speed, essentially slowing them down for a bit)
Spirit Breaker (Increases Strength by 10 points, 15% chance of causing -25% to someone's ADF/Magic Defense)
Heal - HP slowly recovers while walking (Like auto-regen)
Domination (Increases Strength stat by 15 points, allows first attack double damage)
